Go-to-Market Manager – Senior AVP
EXLGo-to-Market Manager for Digital Debt Collections solutions focusing on revenue growth and consultative selling. Engaging clients and managing end-to-end sales cycles for digital and AI-driven solutions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with prospective clients to identify business needs and shape opportunities for EXL PayMentor™ (EXL’s proprietary digital debt collections solution)
- Lead discovery discussions and define client requirements and scope
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets
- Develop proposals, commercial constructs, and pricing strategies
- Articulate business value, ROI, and competitive differentiation to clients
- Own client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle: from lead generation to POC as well as post-POC as a relationship manager
- Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new offerings and solutions
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of proven experience in debt collections/banking, product management
- Deep understanding of banking and debt collections terminology
- Should have strong communication and client-facing skills
- Should have worked on GTM for AI solutions or in the debt buying industry for 3+ years
- Strong consultative selling and client engagement skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product and technology teams
- Experience in solution-based sales and deal structuring is a plus
- Experience in technology and AI is a plus
