About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and evaluate LLM-powered solutions such as summarization, classification, extraction and conversational assistants**
Design prompt strategies, RAG architectures, and fine-tuning/adapter approaches where appropriate**
Apply NLP and ML methods: text classification, topic modeling, semantic search, embeddings, clustering, regression/causal inference as needed**
Develop Python-based prototypes and evaluation frameworks for LLM and GenAI use cases**
Advanced use of object-oriented programming and functional programming patterns for ML workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years experience in Data Science/ML with demonstrable GenAI/LLM project experience**
Strong Python skills (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn; plus LangChain/LlamaIndex OR direct SDKs like OpenAI/Vertex AI/Hugging Face)**
Hands-on with embeddings, vector search, RAG, prompt design, and LLM evaluation**
Solid grounding in statistics & experimentation: hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, power analysis, A/B testing design
