About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain both front-end user interfaces and back-end server-side logic.
Development of RESTful APIs and microservices using Java frameworks (Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, etc.)
Implement responsive frontends using JavaScript/Typescript.
Manage scalable database schemas (SQL/NoSQL) and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval
Improve application speed and scalability through code refactoring, caching, and front-end optimization
Write and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure high software reliability and security
Partner with designers and product managers to turn wireframes and requirements into functional, production-ready code

Requirements

What you’ll need

Expert in **Java and Spring Boot (or equivalent)** for building scalable backend services.
Very strong experience with **React or Angular**
Experience building **RESTful APIs** (pagination, filtering, versioning, error handling).
Understanding of **microservices architecture** and service‑to‑service communication.
Ability to handle **large data payloads**, async processing, and batch vs real‑time patterns.
Knowledge of **authentication & authorization** (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC).
Hands on SQL experience.
Good communication skills and client handling experience
