About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent
- Manage and deliver end-to-end hiring processes
- Develop effective sourcing strategies and assess candidate suitability
- Proactively build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies
- Utilise various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates against job requirements
- Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the recruitment process
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates
- Partner with HR to align recruitment efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–6 years of talent acquisition or recruitment consulting experience
- Proven ability to work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously across different geographies
- Experience in recruitment administration and reporting
- Experience working closely with external agencies
- Strong calendar management skills
- Proficiency in utilising diverse recruitment techniques
- Strong command of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong aptitude for data analysis and metric-driven recruitment strategies
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity in the hiring process
