Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, coordinate technical rounds.
Manage interview scheduling and feedback.
Handle offer negotiation, release offers, and complete pre‑onboarding checks.
Ensure smooth onboarding and candidate experience.
Maintain ATS data and provide recruitment reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate/Postgraduate (HR or related field preferred)
1-3 years of recruitment experience (volume + niche hiring exposure)
Experience in healthcare / US healthcare hiring (coding, DRG, USRN, etc.) – preferred
