Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and present reports with clear insights and recommendations to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate directly with clients to resolve fraud issues, ensure compliance, and support decision-making.
- Work effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Analytical mindset ( including SQL (basic), Excel(intermediate) ) : Must have
- Ready to work in evening shift : Must have
- Fraud experience in banking domain : Must have
- Bachelor's/Master's in any stream 3-8 years
- 3-8 years of experience in Fraud Monitoring
- US banking Deposits Domain knowledge: below sub points are Must have
- Monitor and analyze check deposited and transactions to detect potentially fraudulent activities and anomalies
- Understnading of Checks deposited in different channels like branch or ATM.
- Exposure to Overdraft and Return Deposit Items.
- Varieties of checks like Treasury Checks, Cashier’s checks etc.
