About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading and expanding client engagement for strategic accounts based in the EMEA region.
- Driving new revenue growth, elevating client experience, and managing existing client relationships.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and providing insights that influence strategic decisions.
- Cultivating relationships with senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment between client objectives and EXL services.
- Overseeing deal structuring, negotiation, and execution to support business expansion.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver EXL’s service offerings—namely Data Management, Digital Engineering, Analytics, and AI, that generate measurable business impact.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) from a reputed institution, focused on Strategy, Marketing, Finance, or General Management.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Account Management & Client Success.
- Experience in or with Insurance, Healthcare & Lifesciences sectors preferred.
- Proven track record in account management, sales, or business development within the Insurance & Healthcare & Lifesciences (HLS) sector.
- Strong background in data and technology, including expertise in domain operations, data analytics, cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and achieving financial targets.
- Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with senior executives and influence decision-making at all levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
