About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leading and expanding client engagement for strategic accounts based in the EMEA region.
  • Driving new revenue growth, elevating client experience, and managing existing client relationships.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and providing insights that influence strategic decisions.
  • Cultivating relationships with senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment between client objectives and EXL services.
  • Overseeing deal structuring, negotiation, and execution to support business expansion.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver EXL’s service offerings—namely Data Management, Digital Engineering, Analytics, and AI, that generate measurable business impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) from a reputed institution, focused on Strategy, Marketing, Finance, or General Management.
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in Account Management & Client Success.
  • Experience in or with Insurance, Healthcare & Lifesciences sectors preferred.
  • Proven track record in account management, sales, or business development within the Insurance & Healthcare & Lifesciences (HLS) sector.
  • Strong background in data and technology, including expertise in domain operations, data analytics, cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and achieving financial targets.
  • Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with senior executives and influence decision-making at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
