About the role
- Assist in the development and configuration of Salesforce solutions under the guidance of senior developers
- Support the implementation of Agentforce-based intelligent workflows and automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical tasks
- Participate in the development of custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Help integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools
- Contribute to testing, debugging, and documentation of developed features
- Maintain and update technical documentation for assigned modules
- Attend workshops and team meetings to gather requirements and provide updates
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices as defined by the technical lead
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Basic understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Exposure to Agentforce or similar agentic AI frameworks is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and LWC development
- Understanding of Salesforce data model and security concepts
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies like Einstein AI and Data Cloud
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and agile development practices
