About the role

Design, develop, and implement .NET-based software solutions in alignment with project requirements and technical specifications
Write code using .NET languages such as C# to implement features, modules, and components of the software application
Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to validate functionality, reliability, and performance of .NET applications
Analyze technical requirements, user stories, and system specifications to identify technical challenges and dependencies
Follow established coding standards, development processes, and version control practices within the software engineering teams
Work on event-based system development and APIs; use Swagger/Postman for API exposure and testing
Participate in CI/CD pipeline deployments and use JIRA for issue tracking
Implement serverless architecture components and Azure Functions as required
Liaise with onshore client counterparts and collaborate in an onshore/offshore Agile delivery model

Bachelor's Degree
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, for liaising with onshore client counterparts (US)
Proficient in Application Programming, Web Development & Support using Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, MVC, WCF, Web API, Dot Net Core)
Knowledge of Visual Studio .NET 2012-13/2015/2019, WCF Services, Web API and ASP.NET 4.5, ASP.NET MVC 4, LINQ, Asp. Net Core
Experience writing code in .NET languages such as C# to implement features, modules, and components
Experience developing and executing unit tests and integration tests
Ability to analyze technical requirements, user stories, and system specifications
Familiarity with coding standards, development processes, and version control practices
Knowledge of SOAP UI, Splunk Logger, Telerik Fiddler
Experience with event-based system development, APIs, Swagger/Postman, JIRA, CI/CD pipeline deployments
Knowledge of serverless architecture
Must have knowledge of Azure fundamentals and Azure Functions
Experience working in onshore/offshore model, clear understanding of SDLC, experience with Agile methodologies
