About the role

  • Process back office transactions in US P&C client area (mid term changes, endorsements, coding, correspondence)
  • Process transactions as per SLAs outlined by the client
  • Follow defined and documented desktop procedures for processing
  • Meet assigned targets in accordance with SLA
  • Ensure quality of transactions is compliant with predefined parameters
  • Perform data entry and copy information from one screen/source to another
  • Operate with very low AHT (Between 0 to 5 mins) and minimal ramp time

Requirements

  • Higher Education Diploma with 0 - 2 years of relevant experience
  • Very low training, ramp time (Between 0 to 5 days)
  • Ability to perform data entry and copy information from one screen/source to another
  • Ability to meet SLA targets and work within strict deadlines
  • Ensure transaction quality compliant with predefined parameters
