About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the different testing platform such as Graphical User Interface, Browser
- Understanding the risk policy requirements and test the programs/codes the have been created to implement the strategy
- Create and optimize the test script to ensure risk policy is thoroughly tested before it goes to production and document end to end testing support
- The individual is expected to execute a sound testing methodology and support proficiency in defect management, work on post implementation validation, adapt to the emerging testing procedures
- The individual would have to adhere to fast moving implementation schedule for multiple releases across the year
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2- 6 years of work experience analyzing credit policies in Banking & Financial services industry
- Educational Qualifications - B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech or MCA - (Candidates from Top tier college in India are preferred)
- Hands on testing experience (i.e. Black Box, Functional, Regression, End –to-end, System Integration, Automation)
- Knowledge of banking domain
- SQL experience of 1-4 years
- Any Test Management tool such as QC, ALM, JIRA
- Automation Testing: Selenium + Java/Python 1-4 years experience
- Additional Skills (Not Mandatory) : VBA
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, word and PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills and ability to articulate simple but concise approach
- Ability to think critically and analytically
- Ability to see individual tasks through to completion in a timely manner
- Ability to work effectively in a high pressure organization with multiple deadlines
