About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead large-scale, multi-project or program delivery with ownership of governance, financials, client engagement, and delivery excellence.
  • Act as primary client interface for governance and escalations.
  • Drive program governance, financials (P&L), and forecasting.
  • Establish delivery frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Lead cross-functional and global teams.
  • Support pre-sales, solutioning, and consulting engagements.
  • Ensure risk mitigation and compliance.
  • Build client relationships and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12–18+ years experience in program/project management.
  • PMP (PMI) strongly preferred | SAFe Agile mandatory.
  • Proven experience in high-pressure client environments.
  • Expertise in SAFe, Agile, and enterprise program delivery.
  • Exposure to AI/GenAI, RPA, and low-code platforms.
  • Strong governance, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in managed services / consulting delivery models.
  • Preferred: Power Platform delivery leadership (Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Copilot).
  • Managed 3–4 Power Platform implementations end-to-end.
  • Strong consulting background (solutioning, advisory).
  • Experience in enterprise digital transformation programs.
