Design and implement customer segmentation strategies and targeted marketing campaigns

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–12 years of industry experience with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Cloud technologies
Proven experience in a client-facing role working with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership experience managing a team of at least 5 members
Advanced working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Advanced)
Strong expertise in Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce
Solid understanding of marketing domain, preferably in a B2B environment
Experience in customer segmentation and campaign design
