About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish and enforce project management standards, templates, and best practices.
- Monitor compliance with organizational methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Facilitate risk management, issue tracking, and change control processes.
- Support prioritization of projects aligned with strategic objectives.
- Maintain portfolio dashboards to track progress, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Provide consolidated reporting to leadership on program status, risks, and benefits realization.
- Develop and maintain project scorecards, KPIs, and executive dashboards.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
- Enhance data storytelling to highlight trends and enable proactive decision-making.
- Coordinate communication across project teams, sponsors, and leadership.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and prepare executive presentations.
- Act as a central point of contact for project documentation and updates.
- Identify opportunities to streamline PMO processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement and manage project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI).
- Support training and onboarding of project managers and team members on PMO standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Hands-on expertise with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI).
- Proven ability to manage reporting frameworks and executive dashboards.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
