About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to the development of fan engagement and marketing transformation strategies for a major sports league
  • Assist in MarTech implementation and enablement efforts across platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, Iterable, or similar tools
  • Help document technical requirements, journey logic, operational processes, and reusable playbooks
  • Assist team with preparation for client presentations, working sessions, and internal readouts
  • Evaluate emerging AI-driven marketing capabilities (e.g., recommendations, real-time triggers, decision engines)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed bachelor’s degree
  • 0–2 years of experience or advanced academic focus in marketing, analytics, product, consulting, or technology
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, CRM, and/or digital marketing concepts
  • Analytical skills with experience using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools
  • Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and comfort working in ambiguity
  • Highly motivated, curious, and eager to grow into a client-facing role
