Key responsibilities & impact

**Drive Execution Across Critical Initiatives**
- Own coordination and delivery tracking for multiple high-priority backend projects
- Build and manage structured project plans, timelines, and execution frameworks
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability across teams
- Identify risks early and proactively drive resolution
**Build Financial & Business Insight**
- Track budgets, forecasts, and actuals across projects and client engagements
- Analyze variances and translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Support revenue tracking, billing alignment, and financial governance
- Develop dashboards and reporting used in executive decision-making
**Operate at the Executive Level**
- Create concise, high-quality presentations and updates for senior leadership
- Support business reviews with structured data, insights, and recommendations
- Drive follow-ups, action tracking, and operational cadence across stakeholders
**Enable Scalable Operations**
- Improve processes, reporting standards, and execution frameworks
- Bring structure to ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

**Basic Qualifications**
- MBA (preferably Finance) from top-tier business school
- 0–2 years of experience (internships in consulting, operations, finance, or similar preferred)
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or project-based roles
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
- Exposure to financial modeling or business analytics
