About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Project / Program Manager will lead and drive high impact, cross functional sales and go to market initiatives across the Pharmacy Health Technology Solutions (PHT) organization.
  • This role is responsible for planning, executing, and tracking strategic sales and marketing programs that deliver measurable financial outcomes, including revenue growth, customer retention, and expansion across the PHT portfolio.
  • Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and other functional teams, this role serves as the central point of coordination—translating strategy into execution, driving accountability, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, on scope, and with clear performance metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Manage operational delivery and stakeholder relationships for assigned clients.
  • Provide specialized consulting advice based on engagement requirements and support executive-level decision-making.
  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent go‑to‑market and sales initiatives that support PHT revenue growth objectives.
  • Own end‑to‑end project execution, including scope definition, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Drive launch campaigns focused on targeting and prospecting new business opportunities, including both new logos and upsell / cross‑sell initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to design and execute pricing and promotional campaigns aligned to business strategy.
  • Identify and execute cross‑sell opportunities across the PHT portfolio in collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Lead customer retention risk analysis efforts, leveraging data to identify high‑risk accounts.
  • Develop and manage targeted GTM tactics to mitigate churn and improve customer lifetime value.
  • Act as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution consistency.
  • Facilitate working sessions, status reviews, and executive‑level updates to drive decision‑making and resolve issues.
  • Develop clear, executive‑ready reporting on initiative performance, financial impact, risks, and outcomes.
  • Track KPIs and success metrics to measure effectiveness of sales and GTM initiatives.

  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management roles, preferably supporting sales, go‑to‑market, or commercial initiatives.
  • Experience working in a large, complex enterprise environment.
  • Background in B2B software, healthcare technology, or related industries strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives with measurable financial or revenue impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong project and program management discipline, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, executive‑level PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills, including hands‑on experience with Excel (data analysis, pivots, modeling).
