About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions aligned with business goals**
Lead end-to-end AI projects from research and prototyping to deployment in production environments, ensuring delivery within scope and timeline**
Manage engineers, data scientists to build high-performing teams**
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive AI adoption**
Oversee MLOps pipelines, cloud deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP), and model lifecycle management**
Ensure compliance, ethical AI practices, and clear communication of AI concepts to executives and non-technical stakeholders**

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.**
6–10 years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 3+ years in Generative AI.**
Strong expertise in LLMs, GANs, diffusion models, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).**
Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).**
Demonstrated experience in project management (Agile, Scrum) and people management.**
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.**
