About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct insurance policy audits for Worker’s Compensation, Auto and General Liability policies
- Audit the policyholder’s records according to client company standards
- Schedule appointments with insured to be audited and obtain necessary documentation for audits
- Adhere to customer requirements and quality standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to work independently from home
- Experience with the MS Office Suite (excel, word, outlook, etc.)
- Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined and exhibit a willingness to learn
- Excellent time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of insurance and/or basic accounting principles is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED required.
