Key responsibilities & impact

Accurately calculate and process payroll
Maintain records and ensure compliance
Verify payroll data
Track and record employee overtime and other payroll elements
Track and record pay-for-performance (P4P) and other process incentives
Prepare and process payroll promptly according to established timelines
Enter and maintain accurate employee payroll information in the system
Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal company policies
Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies efficiently
Generate payroll reports and summaries for internal use and audits

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
Intermediate to Expert Knowledge in MS Excel
Novice to Intermediate Knowledge in MS VBA, MS Access, PowerQuery, PowerPivot, PowerBI, and other MS Office applications
Strong mathematical proficiency
Keen attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrate adaptability to change
Adheres to company policies, procedures, and regulations
Maintains confidentiality and upholds ethical standards
Fosters collaboration and teamwork
