About the role
- Provide production support for Palantir Foundry pipelines, Ontology, AIP Logics, API integrations and applications
- Monitor process workflows, identify failures and perform timely issue resolution
- Troubleshoot data ingestion, extraction, transformation and orchestration issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production incidents and improve system stability
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
- Manage data quality checks and ensure data integrity across pipelines
- Support deployment, release management, and environment maintenance
- Maintain documentation for support processes and known issues
Requirements
- Strong experience with Palantir Foundry (Code Repositories, Workshop, AIP Logic and Automate)
- Proficiency in Python and PySpark or TypeScript
- Experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, etc.)
- Solid understanding of data pipeline architecture and ETL processes
- Experience in troubleshooting and production support environments
- Familiarity with Gen AI based workflows, API integrations and orchestration
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- 5+ years in Data Engineering with relevant experience in production support
- 2+ years hands-on experience in Palantir
