About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide production support for Palantir Foundry pipelines, Ontology, AIP Logics, API integrations and applications
Monitor process workflows, identify failures and perform timely issue resolution
Troubleshoot data ingestion, extraction, transformation and orchestration issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production incidents and improve system stability
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
Manage data quality checks and ensure data integrity across pipelines
Support deployment, release management, and environment maintenance
Maintain documentation for support processes and known issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with Palantir Foundry (Code Repositories, Workshop, AIP Logic and Automate)
Proficiency in Python and PySpark or TypeScript
Experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, etc.)
Solid understanding of data pipeline architecture and ETL processes
Experience in troubleshooting and production support environments
Familiarity with Gen AI based workflows, API integrations and orchestration
Good problem-solving and communication skills
5+ years in Data Engineering with relevant experience in production support
2+ years hands-on experience in Palantir
