About the role
- Partner with Solution & Technology teams to design, validate, and evolve AI‑led solutions across P&C claims, payments, and loss estimation for the US market.
- Anchor domain credibility by translating real‑world claims workflows (e.g., FNOL, loss estimation, payments, adjuster processes) into scalable, productized solutions.
- Define USP and value propositions by identifying where EXL adds differentiated intelligence beyond industry platforms
- Guide solution commercialization by shaping client narratives, use cases, demos, and ROI stories for US carriers and senior claims leaders.
- Validate applicability and impact of solutions through domain assumptions, regulatory context, and operational realities
- Support client conversations alongside sales and leadership, acting as the domain face in demos, workshops, and executive discussions.
- Continuously scan market and industry trends to ensure solutions remain relevant as claims practices, tools, and regulations evolve
Requirements
- Graduate with 15 years of experience
