About the role

  • Lead and oversee large-scale Generative AI projects from conception to deployment
  • Develop and implement AI strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, data science, and business units
  • Design and architect scalable Generative AI solutions
  • Mentor and guide teams in best practices for AI development and deployment
  • Ensure adherence to software engineering principles and Agile methodologies
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in Generative AI

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success in deploying large-scale AI projects
  • Experience working with global teams across multiple geographic locations is a plus
