About the role
- Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional data and technology initiatives.
- Own program execution, risk management, compliance coordination, and stakeholder alignment across multiple teams.
- Establish and operate the governance operating model ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and security standards.
- Maintain program-level risk registers and produce governance KPI dashboards for executive reporting.
- Serve as program-level coordination point for compliance and regulatory changes tracking.
- Partner with Data Stewards to enforce policies on data quality and governance.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and manage operational readiness including incident management and production reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent; 8+ years in Technical Program Management or IT Governance.
- Demonstrated experience managing programs in regulated industries with active HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR requirements.
- Strong AWS technical fluency across the data, security, and governance stack. Proven track record establishing governance frameworks and compliance processes.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to translate technical complexity into executive-level narratives.
