About the role

  • Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI)
  • Develop and scale GenAI and agentic AI applications using frameworks such as LangChain / LangGraph, ADK, Agent Engine, CrewAI, MCP/A2A, and others
  • Work across cloud environments—primarily GCP (Cloud Run/GKE, Composer, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, AlloyDB/Cloud SQL)—or equivalent cloud platforms
  • Build data-driven features, pipelines, and integrations that power intelligent applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into robust backend and data solutions
  • Explore and understand existing systems with minimal guidance, proposing improvements and driving initiatives independently
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, code quality, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree 6 to 7 Years
  • 5+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience, with a strong foundation in building scalable backend and data products
  • Proficiency in Python, especially FastAPI, and strong SQL skills
  • Experience developing GenAI/agentic AI applications using modern frameworks and toolkits
  • Solid understanding of cloud-native development on GCP or similar cloud platforms
  • Ability to navigate large codebases, learn quickly, and operate with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward action.
