About the role
- Complete audits for Property & Casualty insurance policies (Workers’ Compensation and General Liability).
- Work directly with policyholders or their contacts via phone to obtain payroll and accounting records.
- Accurately evaluate and apply correct classifications and exposure amounts.
- Manage assignments provided through our web-based production system.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction in all audit work.
Requirements
- Knowledge & experience in conducting audits within Nexus platform (preferred)
- Have Insurance, Accounting/Bookkeeping, Payroll or other related work experience
- Have an associate or bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or Bookkeeping
- Experience of working directly with the public, preferably on the phones
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
- Well organized
- Willing to work from home
- Great customer service skills and the ability to communicate & comprehend both written and orally
- Strong organization and time management skills
- High School diploma or GED is required
