About the role
- Complete audits for Property & Casualty insurance policies (Workers’ Compensation and General Liability)
- Work directly with policyholders or their contacts via phone to obtain payroll and accounting records
- Accurately evaluate and apply correct classifications and exposure amounts
- Manage assignments provided through our web-based production system
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction in all audit work
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience conducting audits in the Nexus platform (Essential)
- Experience in Insurance, Accounting/Bookkeeping, Payroll, or related field
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Bookkeeping preferred
- Experience working directly with the public, preferably over the phone
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work from a home office
- Strong customer service orientation
