About the role
- Conduct virtual and onsite inspections of high value homes
- Analyze replacement cost value and assess risk
- Complete requisite number of surveys each month
- Generate detailed survey report write-ups
Requirements
- Experience in the insurance/loss control industry is desirable
- Knowledge of the construction and real estate business is desirable
- Capability of demonstrating professionalism and expertise in the survey process
