About the role
- Driving performance and operational excellence through transformation, digital embedding.
- Enable digitization of current manual processes by developing the vision and roadmap of digital transformation.
- Lead the signed off digital deliveries.
- Direction, coordination and implementation of new/existing programs/digital deliveries.
- Process mining, process reengineering & build innovative tools & processes for clients.
- Maintain an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's in any stream
- Project Management Certification Preferred
- Black Belt Certification
- Minimum 10 years of total work experience with at least 5 years of relevant in BPO / ITES industry.
- Experience in Digital project deliveries and in managing projects costs and margins.
- Proven to be technically savvy and showcase strong business acumen and solutioning experience.
