About the role
- Execute and optimize large-scale SQL queries across healthcare datasets.
- Perform STTM (Source to Target Mapping) to align data with OMOP/CDM or other models.
- Collaborate closely with Data Science and Product teams to support analytics, modeling, and product development.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of data workflows and mappings.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with healthcare standards.
Requirements
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Passionate about healthcare data and improving patient outcomes through analytics.
- Strong understanding of HL7 FHIR standards for healthcare data interoperability.
- Proven ability to analyze large, complex healthcare datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Experience working with OMOP Common Data Model or similar healthcare data models.
- Solid SQL skills with the ability to write, optimize, and run large volumes of queries.
- Basic familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services is sufficient.
