About the role
- Lead and coordinate cross-border employee movement, immigration compliance, and mobility operations.
- Ensure a seamless employee experience while supporting strategic projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws and manage risks.
- Champion a positive mobility experience for employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10-12 years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or HR operations.
- Experience managing international assignments or cross-border movements.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion or similar HRIS platforms.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills; experience with dashboards is a plus.
