About the role
- Integrate conversational agents with backend systems using APIs, webhooks, and cloud functions.
- Apply Generative AI techniques including LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering to enhance agent capabilities.
- Build and optimize Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models for intent classification and entity extraction.
