About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end pipeline tracking across the Insurance business unit, including new logos, named accounts, large deals, and strategic accounts
  • Ensure pipeline data accuracy and timeliness in Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Create, maintain, and enhance SFDC dashboards
  • Flag pipeline risks, stalled opportunities, and relevant opportunities to stakeholders
  • Publish pipeline insights and deal-prioritization views for business-unit leads, Client Executives, and Growth Office leadership
  • Track and report pipeline-related OKR targets with variance analysis and trend commentary
  • Prepare and facilitate monthly and quarterly pipeline reviews, business reviews, and growth calls
  • Own agendas, pre-reads, action trackers, and follow-through for leadership reviews
  • Support bi-monthly leadership reviews and coordinate cross-functional inputs
  • Track open actions to closure and proactively escalate blockers
  • Track Executive Engagement activities and report client relationship health and engagement cadence
  • Create operating processes and rhythms for strategic initiatives and resolve bottlenecks
  • Educate and guide sales teams on pipeline hygiene standards and SFDC best practices
  • Support business case creation, editing, and upkeep for key deals and strategic pursuits
  • Provide market research and synthesize competitive intelligence
  • Support the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey by structuring data, identifying themes, and preparing executive-ready summaries
  • Create and refine presentations for internal leadership audiences
  • Extract, clean, and analyze sales pipeline data for reporting
  • Coordinate with sales leadership on project timelines and deliverables
  • Present findings to large groups and provide strategic recommendations
  • Support sales change-management initiatives and act as backup for the immediate leader

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–6 years of experience in sales operations, growth operations, strategy, business operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Intelligence
  • Experience preferably within professional services, operations, or technology organizations
  • Prior exposure to the Insurance or Financial Services domain is a strong advantage
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC), including dashboard creation, pipeline management, and reporting
  • Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Analytical mindset and ability to synthesize large datasets into decision-ready insights
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to connect multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and discussions
  • Strong relationship management and ability to influence without authority
  • High ownership, proactivity, and follow-through
  • Basic understanding of P&L, deal economics, and business case fundamentals
