Originate and shape digital opportunities for existing and new clients
Present digital concepts to senior stakeholders
Develop business cases for digital opportunities
Develop cost structures and benefit models tailored to client needs
Collaborate with operations and transformation leads on opportunity identification, analysis, validation, and solution segmentation
Work with business leaders to identify and execute transformation opportunities
Drive cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects
Maintain awareness of emerging solutions and their application to operations
Drive enterprise adoption through internal and client showcases and value propositions
Act as business interface for Agentic AI, automation, robotics, and analytics opportunities
Design and implement transformation solutions
Optimize solutions for business impact and ensure requirements are met
Provide consulting support and collaborate with stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's/Master's in any stream
8–12 years of experience
Exposure in Consulting, preferably in Banking and Capital Markets domain
Ability to present digital concepts articulately and passionately to senior internal and external stakeholders
Experience developing business cases, cost structures, and benefit models
Experience with digital, analytics, process redesign, Agentic AI, automation, and robotics solutions
