About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop complex technical solutions aligned with business objectives
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring system stability
- Build client relationships and provide technical expertise and consulting services
- Deliver BAU applications and drive enhancements and small transformation projects
- Gather and analyse business requirements for Supply Chain Management processes
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules
- Prepare Functional Design Documents, Solution Design Documents, and Test Scenarios
- Conduct CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions and provide end-user training
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, OTBI, BI Publisher, and extensions
- Troubleshoot production issues and oversee provider-managed AMS support
- Coordinate with business stakeholders for successful project delivery
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and conduct impact assessments
- Collaborate with vendor partners and manage teams of SMEs
- Monitor application performance and proactively improve end-user experience
- Manage enterprise master data and monitor exceptions
- Gather requirements, define KPIs, and create solutions
- Provide PMO support across multiple projects and support strategic initiative planning, execution, and delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor Degree in relevant field with 6–8 years of relevant experience
- Overall 8–10 years of experience in Finance Systems, including 5–6 years in Oracle Fusion SCM Functional modules
- Minimum 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations across Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain modules
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience in large-scale enterprise environments
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules: Supplier Item Management, Qualification Management, Procurement, RSSP, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, and BIP Reports
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM setup documents including BR100 and MD050
- Proficiency in preparing Functional Design Documents, Solution Design Documents, and Test Scenarios
- Good understanding of OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Fusion reporting and analytics tools
- Understanding of Oracle Cloud integrations, custom extensions, and cross-functional technical delivery
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and impact assessment methodology
- Sound understanding of industry-standard frameworks and best practices in Oracle Fusion Cloud
