About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide hands-on configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials for complex business requirements
Configure and support Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud modules using embedded AI technologies
Gather and analyze business requirements for GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and Expense processes
Provide techno-functional support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize enterprise financial solutions
Prepare Functional Design Documents, Solution Design Documents, and test scenarios
Conduct CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions and provide end-user training
Collaborate with technical teams on custom reports, interfaces, and extensions
Support period close and consolidation processes
Oversee AMS and production support activities
Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and conduct impact assessments
Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Global Technology teams
Drive financial process optimization and business outcomes
Manage vendor partners and SME teams
Monitor application performance, enterprise master data, and exceptions
Gather stakeholder requirements, define KPIs, create solutions, and provide PMO support across projects
Plan, execute, and deliver strategic initiatives while driving process improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Overall 10–12 years of experience, including 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion ERP
Minimum 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementations across R2R and related financial modules
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience in large-scale enterprise environments
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chartered Accountancy, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials: General Ledger (GL), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Fusion Expense Module
Strong expertise in R2R processes and working knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials configuration experience
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud embedded AI technologies
Understanding of Financial Reporting, OTBI, and BI Publisher
Understanding of period close, consolidation, financial governance, Oracle Cloud integrations, custom extensions, and cross-functional technical delivery
Oracle Fusion Financials Certification preferred
Exposure to Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects preferred
Program management certification such as PMP is an advantage
Knowledge of AI-driven finance features and the Oracle Cloud ERP roadmap
