About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, prepare, and track influencer engagements, including capability briefings, demonstrations, inquiries, strategy sessions, and ad-hoc discussions
Track content shared with external parties
Maintain an inventory of stories, case studies, and talking points
Collaborate with marketing to leverage research
Develop and manage the influencer engagement plan
Support analyst/advisor events
Report engagement activity, qualitative and quantitative results, and peer performance comparisons
Maintain internal reporting, messaging, updates, and content calendars
Review relevant analyst research as published
Monitor trends and strategic developments and provide counsel to internal stakeholders
Support the VP, EXL Health Influencer Relations, in strategic, operational, and daily business matters
Gather and organize information on strategic and operational initiatives across business functions and synthesize market-facing updates
Analyze data and provide insights for decision-making
Program-manage projects with consultants for Account Intelligence and other strategic engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
Exceptional written, verbal, and conversational communication skills
Ability to convey complex ideas through creative reporting and PowerPoint slides
Strong project management and organizational skills
Strong AI literacy and ability to assess AI applications to real-world business and workflow problems
Familiarity with cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning concepts, including data pipelines, model training and deployment, APIs, and governance/ethical considerations
Strong problem-solving, teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal communication, leadership, and adaptability skills
Ability to think independently in dynamic work environments
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Ability to take a creative approach to challenges and own issues until resolved
Ability to work in virtual global teams and matrix organizations
Willingness to work overlapping US hours, ideally until 2pm US ET at least 4 days per week
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Healthcare domain knowledge preferred
