About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Transitions across the EXL global footprint
Ensure Transitions are successful and enable seamless implementation
Build capability within the Transitions function
Provide thought leadership to improve Transitions setup and implementation
Lead new business pursuits and RFPs to develop customized solutions
Take over Transitions for a specific client engagement as Lead when an opportunity becomes new business
Review projects at milestone dates for compliance with methodology and policies
Drive compliance
Ensure risks are reviewed with mitigations or a POA in place
Escalate discrepancies
Educate Transition Managers as required
Collaborate with Program Leads, Transition Managers, Operations Leads, Operations Managers, Quality and PE teams
Work with BD, Strategic Deal, operations and enabling-function teams on solutioning and implementation design
Interact with client stakeholders to present solutions and Transitions capabilities and transition selected processes
Support training and development with internal teams and external vendors as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream
10+ years of experience, most of which should be in BPO environment
3+ years of BPO experience should be in Transitions
Hands-on experience of migrating processes
Program Management experience of a small to medium size engagement
Domain expertise in F&A, Healthcare or P&C
Mixed domain expertise preferred
PMP, PgMP certification (preferred)
Valid (10 year / 5 year) US &/or UK Visa will be an added advantage
