About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review, call, analyze, and manage assigned outstanding receivables portfolios
Interact with and probe insurance representatives to obtain status updates and resolve claims
Meet daily productivity targets at the required quality level
Follow up on claims to avoid revenue loss and prioritize pending claims from aging buckets
Review unpaid claims and verify insufficient or unclear patient insurance information
Escalate difficult collection situations to management
Handle patient billing queries and update account information
Post cash and write off contractual adjustments
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly individual targets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduation in any stream
3–6 years of BPO experience
US Healthcare AR experience preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High-speed internet connection at home; broadband required
Must understand and adhere to the telecommuter policy
Must follow confidentiality and HIPAA compliance guidelines
