About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Validate, calculate, and accurately report overpaid amounts in the system
  • Analyze claims to determine precise overpaid amounts and record outcomes in client/internal systems
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing and inventory management
  • Lead, train, and mentor staff
  • Monitor client service and resolve escalated client issues
  • Maintain financial transaction, production, quality, inventory, productivity, and clarification records
  • Analyze weekly and monthly reports and support the team with clarifications
  • Adhere to project protocols and instructions
  • Report issues and trends promptly
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics, including staff performance
  • Provide data-driven insights to senior management and suggest improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree / Any Graduate or Postgraduate
  • 5–8 years of experience
  • Strong leadership skills to mentor staff
  • Good communication, flexibility, and reliability
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve issues
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer-specific regulations
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to higher-level business strategies
  • Ability to handle changing priorities, business needs, and market conditions
  • High-speed internet connection and power backup (preferred)
