About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive projects by validating estimates for schedule, cost, resources, budget, and scope; analyze variances and manage resources
Lead projects involving multiple Agile teams and integration with activities outside Agile-team scope
Develop suitable project-management approaches for planning and managing efforts
Establish appropriate people, processes, and tools to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including meetings, stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Prepare workshop exercises to foster team improvement, decision-making, and group alignment
Facilitate troubleshooting meetings between cross-functional teams
Work with management to enable Agile work styles
Record and monitor timelines and team delivery performance
Set up workflow processes using JIRA or similar tools
Configure and regularly update Confluence
Coach team members to optimize project-team efficiency
Achieve project goals within designated constraints
Resolve conflicts, de-escalate difficult situations, and navigate complex discussions diplomatically

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream
9-12 years progressive management experience, including management of major projects, in a large operating environment
2-3 years prior projects experience within the BPO Transition environment & TPA Platform
Ability to prioritise multiple projects and assignments
PMP, ACP certification preferred
Good to have valid US & UK visa
Location: As per requirement
Prior experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and enterprise-level application development projects
Strong JIRA or similar tool knowledge is a plus
PMI-ACP or CSM knowledge/certification mentioned
Experience configuring and regularly updating Confluence
