About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle travel bookings and related services using any major GDS, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
- Process refunds, fares, and pricing accurately according to company policies and airline guidelines
- Apply knowledge of fare rules, routing types, and ticketing procedures to customer requests
- Resolve customer queries through email with timely and professional communication
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards, error-free work, and SLA adherence
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Adapt to new processes and changes in a dynamic work environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's/Master's in any stream
- 0–2 years of experience
- Working knowledge of any GDS
- Knowledge of refunds, fares, and pricing
- Travel certification is required
- Knowledge of different fare and routing types
- Good travel geographical knowledge
- Good communication skills
- High accuracy and productivity standards
- Willingness to learn
