About the role

Complete received audits with quality
Achieve quality and production targets
Follow project-related protocols and instructions
Escalate issues and identify trends
Update productivity, clarification, and other applicable logs daily
Check with Manager/TL for clarifications
Answer all Manager emails promptly
Apply problem-solving skills
Ensure entire team compliance with HIPAA and OIG requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Life science/Paramedical Degree
CPC/CPMA; Mandatory 3+ Years of experience After Certification
CPC certification
Overall 3+ years of coding experience
Multi-specialty outpatient surgery coding experience, including IVR and General surgery
APC Facility coding is an added advantage
Computer skill sets/computer proficiency
Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills
Good communication, flexibility, reliability
Auditing and denial management experience (Optional)
High speed broadband internet connection at home
Must understand and adhere with telecommuter policy
Ability to work 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM IST
