About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Update WTS each time an account is assigned or completed
Review all necessary account documents from relevant systems
Compile and organize relevant audit and claims data into spreadsheet analysis
Analyze information from legal agreements, claims data, audit advices, and various systems for a particular insured’s policy period/coverage period
Process premium adjustments in AMS (Adjustment Module System) to accurately generate and book current gross and net chargeable premium
Participate in all applicable training and special unit projects when appropriate
Report performance, handle escalations, clarify concerns, and seek feedback and support from the Assistant Manager
Raise UW Assists and provide clarification on contracts and communications outside of Fusion to the RSC
Escalate unresolved issues to the Manager and participate in monthly performance evaluations
Seek cooperation and process clarification from peers and provide assistance and support when required
Consult approvers regarding contract-related issues, escalated transactions, feedback, audit, and training

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
Good Computer Navigation Skills
Good knowledge of complete MS Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)
Accounting knowledge and computing skills
Keyboard handling skill – 25 wpm with 90% accuracy
Proficiency in English
Communication skills – should be able to read, interpret business documents; good oral/written communication
Analytical and interpersonal skills
Data gathering ability/eye for detail
Team work, managing self, and adaptability
Ability to work successfully in a production-driven environment
Ability to work on routine/standardized transactions
Knowledge about the Insurance / Re-insurance Industry in US
