About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead projects involving the design, development, and delivery of data-driven solutions for insurance-industry clients
- Perform advanced data engineering, including building and maintaining ELT/ETL data pipelines
- Design data models using data warehousing concepts such as STAR and Medallion architecture
- Create interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
- Deploy scalable, high-performance solutions on cloud platforms such as SAS, Snowflake, or AWS
- Engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and present findings
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Manage analyst/engineer teams and oversee workstreams for timely delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Advanced Analytics, or a directly related field
- Seven (7) years of Project management experience
- Seven (7) years of experience in client management
- Seven (7) years of experience in Structured Query Language
- Seven (7) years of experience in Data Engineering
- Seven (7) years of experience with SAS
- Seven (7) years of experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms such as SAS, Snowflake, or AWS
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, 9:00am–5:00pm
- Position may require work at various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States
