About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients across the lifespan (ages 5+).
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with patient goals.
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring for efficacy and side effects.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with an active license
- Strong preference for license in Arizona
- At least three years of clinical experience in community-based mental health settings
- Commitment to full-time engagement
- Ability to manage complex cases independently, demonstrating strong clinical judgment
- A passion for building and shaping behavioral health programs that evolve with patient needs
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and digital tools, ensuring effective remote patient engagement
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, working across teams and patient populations
