Solution design — translate business problems into well-architected technical solutions
Project technical ownership — full accountability for the technical outcome of one or more projects
Hands-on engineering — build full stack applications across NodeJS, Python, React/TypeScript, and AWS
AI-assisted engineering leadership — be a power user of modern AI coding tools
Engineering standards — set and uphold standards on testing, CI/CD, observability, and IaC
Cross-functional collaboration — work in continuous dialogue with the Value Builder, Project Managers, and partner specialists

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years in full stack development, at least 2 in a senior/lead capacity
Proven track record owning the technical side of projects end-to-end
Core technical stack: NodeJS and its main backend frameworks
Python as a first-class backend language
React and TypeScript for modern frontend development
AWS, including IaC with AWS CDK
Relational and non-relational databases (e.g. MySQL, DynamoDB)
RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
Git and modern development workflows
Demonstrated proficiency with AI coding tools
