Key responsibilities & impact

Visit assigned skilled nursing facilities for daily work assignments
Bring Telehealth equipment from patient to patient at partner skilled nursing facilities
Assist clinical staff by discussing Telehealth services with new patients
Coordinate care with clinical staff and facility staff
Provide and gather patient medical documentation as instructed
Manage equipment preparation, sanitization, recharging, and storage
Follow up with facility staff as needed
Develop working knowledge of the Doxy Telehealth web application
File clinical documentation as directed
Troubleshoot general Wi-Fi and internet connectivity issues
Provide live support as needed
Work closely with EMH clinicians, liaisons, and facility staff to support patient care

Requirements

What you’ll need

Entry-level role
Must be able to drive to assigned skilled nursing facilities
In-person visits to all skilled nursing locations required
Experience in infection control and PPE required
Must complete safety training for face-to-face work with COVID-19-positive patients
Background check required
Weekly/monthly COVID-19 testing required
Ability to travel to different facilities; commute can vary
Flexible scheduling
Weekend availability
Active cellular service for communication
Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
Adherence to HIPAA Compliance Privacy Regulations
General knowledge of Wi-Fi and internet connectivity
Working knowledge of Doxy Telehealth web application
