About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the client journey from initial inquiry through enrollment and successful onboarding with an EFS coach
- Conduct consultation, discovery, and enrollment calls with prospective families
- Respond rapidly to new inquiries and provide timely follow-up
- Own and manage the sales pipeline in Go High Level CRM
- Track prospects through each stage of the enrollment journey
- Re-engage inactive leads and determine when leads should be marked inactive or abandoned
- Maintain accurate CRM data for reporting, forecasting, and conversion tracking
- Monitor lead sources, enrollment trends, and conversion rates
- Prepare regular pipeline reports and updates for leadership
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, increase conversions, and enhance customer experience
- Represent EFS’s mission, values, and brand with professionalism, warmth, and empathy
- Guide families through enrollment and help pair students with appropriately matched EFS coaches
- Ensure a smooth transition from enrollment to active coaching services
- Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding and communicate next steps
- Network with California school districts, Special Ed attorneys, educational consultants, independent facilitators, and neuropsychologists to develop new business opportunities
- Solicit positive Google reviews from satisfied clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in consultative sales, enrollment, admissions, customer success, business development, or relationship-based customer service
- Experience managing sales opportunities and pipelines
- Experience working within a CRM system
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
- Comfortable discussing performance metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline reporting
- Experience in special education, education, coaching, or family services strongly preferred
- Experience using Go High Level CRM preferred
- Experience in education, special education, coaching, tutoring, therapy, behavioral health, or family services preferred
- Understanding of ADHD, executive functioning challenges, autism spectrum disorders, neurodiversity, or learning differences preferred
- Experience in a small business, startup, or entrepreneurial environment preferred
- Completion of a bachelor's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
- Minimum of three years of sales experience preferred
- Ability to solicit positive Google reviews from happy clients
- Typical work hours occur in the afternoon and early evening to support families across multiple time zones
