About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

First point of contact for IT inquiries and technical issues (First-Level Support).
Analyze, resolve and document hardware and software issues in our ticketing system.
Set up, install and configure workstation systems, mobile devices and peripherals.
Assist our employees with IT-related questions.
Participate in IT rollouts, office moves and internal IT projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d), IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d), or a comparable technical qualification.
Initial professional experience in IT support, help desk or system administration is an advantage.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and basic networking technologies.
Enthusiasm for practical IT tasks and a strong hands-on mentality.
Analytical and solution-oriented working style, with a friendly and service-oriented manner.
Very good German language skills, spoken and written (C1); English skills are an advantage.
