Key responsibilities & impact

Preparation and follow-up of meetings with corporates, investors, and partners.
Market and technology research: Conduct in-depth analyses of trends and potential partner companies.
Support in startup sourcing: Assist with program development and the selection process for new startups.
Preparation of decision documents: Compile presentations, briefings, and materials for executive management.
Event management: Provide organizational support for demo days, networking formats, and partner events.
Process optimization: Structure and maintain internal workflows.
Project support: Independently take on operational ad-hoc tasks in direct collaboration with executive management.
AI-driven process optimization: Identify opportunities to automate internal processes and implement modern AI tools to increase efficiency.

Requirements
