About the role
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings with corporates, investors, and partners.
- Market and technology research: Conduct in-depth analyses of trends and potential partner companies.
- Support in startup sourcing: Assist with program development and the selection process for new startups.
- Preparation of decision documents: Compile presentations, briefings, and materials for executive management.
- Event management: Provide organizational support for demo days, networking formats, and partner events.
- Process optimization: Structure and maintain internal workflows.
- Project support: Independently take on operational ad-hoc tasks in direct collaboration with executive management.
- AI-driven process optimization: Identify opportunities to automate internal processes and implement modern AI tools to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Focus on the startup ecosystem: You want to accompany the development of forward-looking technologies at ExciteLab.
- Academic background: You are enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, a technical field, Political Science, or a comparable discipline.
- Strong communication skills in German and English: You express yourself professionally and are confident in international exchanges.
- Structure & precision: You have an eye for detail and the diligence required to bring our projects safely to completion.
- Personal qualities: You act independently, think proactively, and demonstrate reliability in executing projects.
